Description
We must recognize the perilous nature of our times. Nearly all the signs pointing to Christ’s return have been fulfilled, including the rise of wickedness and rebellion. There is no denying that today’s generation is the most defiant in history—a rebellion fueled by the spirit of antichrist, which opposes God and every authority He has established. At its core, this spirit rejects submission, denies divine order, and thrives on lawlessness. It operates through fear, intimidation, and control, openly defying God’s Word, His government, and His appointed leaders. Though Satan still exerts influence on earth, his authority was stripped away by Jesus. As believers, we hold the power—but we forfeit it through sin, granting the enemy ground he does not rightfully possess.
This rebellious spirit has infiltrated the church, fracturing congregations as believers lose sight of true authority—how to honor it, live under it, and wield it rightly. Without submission to God’s order, even leaders lack the spiritual authority to confront evil. Demons recognize illegitimate authority; if a Christian rebels, they know that believer cannot command them.
Yet lawlessness is not this generation’s only crisis. The modern church has also lost the supernatural power that marked the Early Church. Many treat Christ as a mere historical figure, philosopher, or myth—His miracles reduced to fables. Preachers proclaim His teachings but omit His signs and wonders. Meanwhile, Hollywood glamorizes demonic forces as fantasy, while the church offers entertainment and moralism devoid of divine power. But the true Church must demonstrate God’s supernatural reality—His power is tangible, undeniable, and alive. This generation must return to His presence and authority, submitting to the Father’s rule and His delegated order on earth.
